Social Listening Audits

The CX Index Social Listening tool lets you listen to mentions of your company, filtering your view by: 

  • Date range
  • Sentiment (1 being negative, 10 being positive)
  • A specific phrase
  • A specific user name
  • A specific category
  • Download a record of the social media mentions
     

Locate the 3 dots and click to choose how to download social media mentions. 

You can then choose to export your file to CSV or XLS.

Take action

  • Go to the Tweet
  • Go to the user
  • Reply to the tweet
  • Remove the record from your database
  • Share
  • Export
