Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the home page of the app. Select User Admin.

Select App Settings, then NLP settings.

Enter the words you would like to exclude in the text field:

• Single words should be comma separated, with no space between words.
• For paired words, a space should be used between words.

Click the Save Configuration button to save changes.
