Response Templates

With response templates you can add default messages for your users to respond to posts/comments on Instagram, X or Facebook.

Navigate to Application Settings - Social Settings - Response templates

Here you can edit and add new response templates. 

When adding a new message you will be able to enter a name and the template message that will then be available for your agents to choose when replying to a post or comment.

Permissions

The parts of social listening that different groups of users have access to can be managed in the user permission group settings. If you'd like them to see the sentiment graph, keywords or categories, these can each be separately enabled in the User Admin tab. 

  • Social Listening: social comments and posts which users can respond to. This is the main functionality of the tool. 
  • Social Listening - sentiment view: the sentiment graph
  • Social Listening - keywords view: NLP keywords for social comments
  • Social Listening - categories view: NLP categories for social comments
